How do I sign in?
Sign in with your Senna account using email and password, or continue with Google.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in page, choose "Forgot password?" and follow the steps sent to your email.
Where do I turn on two-factor or manage my sessions?
Go to Account, then Security. It opens your account settings, where you can set up two-factor sign-in and review active sessions.
What plans are there?
Senna has three plans: Solo, Studio and Enterprise. You need an active plan to open the studio. If you sign in without one, you will see a "See plans" screen where you can choose a plan.
How do I change my plan, update billing or cancel?
Use the manage link in your receipt email. A self-serve billing portal inside the app is not connected yet. If you can't find your receipt, email support@tfdwx.com.
Does Senna use credits?
No. Credits no longer exist in Senna. Your plan gives you access to the studio. AI features (Oni and Asia) have a daily usage limit per account.
What is on the Dash?
Dash is your home screen. It shows what needs you next, your last 7 days of activity, and "What's connected" for your account.
What can I do in Catalog?
Catalog holds your releases. You can edit each release's title, type, date and status, add tracks and cover art, and keep distribution tracking that you update yourself. Senna does not deliver music to stores or streaming services.
What does the Sync section do?
Sync has a player with approximate level meters, a cue stamp wizard that fills in details from your Rights profile, and pitch drafts that open in your own mail app for you to review and send.
How does Outreach work?
Outreach is your contact list. Track each contact's status and notes, email them from your own mail app, and export the list as a CSV file.
What is in Studio?
Studio includes the prompt studio, a prompt library, cinematic looks, a voice studio and a beat timing guide. The voice studio uses your own ElevenLabs API key, which you add in Account, then Connections.
Does Gaia post to my social accounts?
No. Gaia is a social calendar: you draft posts, approve them, then post them yourself or hand them to your own webhook. Senna does not post to social platforms.
What is Asia?
Asia is a creative-intelligence chat that reads your Senna data. It doesn't see streaming numbers or other figures you haven't entered into Senna.
What is Oni, and will it do things without asking?
Oni is an assistant that proposes steps. Nothing happens until you press Approve.
Is there a limit on Oni and Asia?
Yes. AI features (Oni and Asia) have a daily usage limit per account.
What is GoTime?
GoTime gives you release-plan checklists so you can track what needs to happen before and after a release.
What does Muni do?
Muni is your own bookkeeping: income, expenses, invoices, budget and net worth. Invoices are ones you print or save as PDF and send yourself. Muni is not tax advice.
Does Vault store my contracts?
Vault is a contract ledger. It stores each file's SHA-256 fingerprint and your notes, not the document itself. A contract's status is what you report. Vault does not do e-signatures. It also includes starter agreement texts and sync templates, which are not legal advice.
What is Memory?
Memory is your activity log plus your own notes.
What is in Account?
Account holds your profile, your Rights profile (used in cue stamps and templates), Connections, Billing, Security, and a data reset for this device.
Will my work show up on my other devices?
Most of your data syncs to your account across devices when "Cloud data" shows connected. Audio files and cover art stay in the browser where you added them, so re-import your audio on a new device.
What happens when I sign out?
Signing out clears this browser's copy of your data. If anything hasn't synced to your account yet, Senna warns you first.
Can I invite team members?
Not yet. Team invites are not available in Senna Studio today.
Where are the Terms and Privacy Policy?
Press the Legal button in the app (bottom right). It opens the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use, Cookie, DMCA and AI Disclosure PDFs at /Legal/.
How do I report a bug?
Use the Submit Bug tab on this page. It opens a pre-written email to support@tfdwx.com in your mail app. Include the section, steps to reproduce, and any console errors.
