Is there a trial?

Yes — 10-day free trial of SSM. Full feature set. After 10 days, the plugin disables until you buy. Trial doesn't include the GrainGang pack.

Lifetime updates means what, exactly?

You buy SSM once. Every version we ship — bug fixes, new features, new GUI revisions — is included. No paid upgrades, no v2 paywall, no subscription creep.

What's the relationship to Senna's subscription?

SSM is its own product (a paid VST/AU plugin). Senna is a monthly artist-services subscription. They're separate. Senna subscribers get a 50% discount on SSM via the SENNA50 code as a thank-you, but Senna isn't bundled with SSM and SSM isn't bundled with Senna.

Why not free with Senna?

Because building a real audio plugin costs real money and we'd rather price it honestly than use it as a giveaway. The 50% discount for Senna subscribers is the right balance — meaningful value for them, sustainable for us.

What's GrainGang, specifically?

A curated sound expansion pack — drums, synths, textures, one-shots. Pre-mapped to SSM's 16 pads with playable presets. Built for hip-hop, alt-R&B, electronic, and lo-fi production. Royalty-free for commercial releases.

Refund policy?

Try the 10-day trial first — that's the no-risk path. If you buy and the plugin doesn't work on your system, email chrisrosspro@gmail.com within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds — but lifetime updates means we'll keep fixing what's broken.
