What happens to my masters?
They stay yours. Always. Senna never takes ownership of your music. The subscription is a service — not a contract on your catalog.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No annual contracts, no minimums. Cancel from Stripe's customer portal in two clicks. Founder rate stays locked as long as the subscription is continuous.
How fast do you deliver content?
Visualizers and lyric videos: 2-3 weeks. Full music videos: 4-6 weeks for the Studio tier, faster on Enterprise tier with priority queue. Social cuts: ongoing, weekly cadence.
How do brand-deal commissions work?
15% only on deals we close for you. Zero if we don't close anything. Enterprise tier includes active brand-deal pursuit — Solo and Studio tiers can opt in à la carte if a specific opportunity comes up.
What if I'm already on Distrokid / Tunecore / etc?
Stay on them or switch — your call. Senna can plug into existing distributor accounts (you keep the relationship), or migrate you to our distribution partner (faster royalty statements, better reporting). Your catalog never moves without your sign-off.
What does "founder pricing" lock?
Whatever rate you sign up at within the first 30-day window stays locked for as long as your subscription is active. Cancel and resubscribe later: you're at standard pricing. Stay continuous: you keep founder rate forever.
Do you only sign musicians?
Senna's subscription tiers are for music artists. The studio side (Hire the Studio) takes brand-client projects — music videos, ad spots, sonic identities for non-music brands.
